You recognize that HPSC or its employees, agents (or any other person authorized by HPSC in that regard) are not agents or employees of any third parties (including but not limited to any school, college etc.), and are therefore not liable to you, Your heirs, successors or agents for any shortcomings, deficiencies of service, or any other legal omissions/commissions for which such third party may be liable to you. You therefore agree to indemnify HPSC and its employees, agents (or any other person authorized by HPSC) in that regard.
The intent of HPSC is to provide unbiased precise information & comparative guidance on schools and its Programs of Study to the Admission Aspirants. The contents of the HPSC Site, such as Texts, Graphics, Images, Blogs, Videos, Schools Logos, and other materials contained on HPSC Site (collectively, “Content”) are for information purpose only. The content is not intended to be a substitute for in any form on offerings of its Academia Partner.
